Bookings, Cancellations, and Late Fees.

Please note that when contacting CANINE CAPITAL the busiest times are between 7:30 am-9:30 am and 4 pm-6:30 pm, and that you may not get a response during these times.

Drop-offs and Pickups:

We know your life is busy and always changing so we will always do our best to accommodate you and your dog and make any changes to your booking as we are able to. Please call us on 027-301-6299 or email us at caninecapitalnz@gmail.com if you need to make any adjustments to your dogs booking. Please ensure that your dog is on a lead and under control when entering or exiting CANINE CAPITAL.

Dogs can be dropped off from 7:30 am for both full day and half-day bookings. Half-day bookings cover a 6 hour period between 7:30 am to 1:30 pm. Full-day bookings cover an 11 hour period between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm. Half-day booking dogs must be picked up by 1:30 pm, a $10 fee will be charged if your dog is not collected by 1:40 pm and a further $10 for every 10 minutes thereafter. Full-day booking dogs must be picked up by 6:30 pm, a $10 fee will be charged if your dog is not collected by 6:40 pm, and a further $10 for every 10 minutes thereafter.

Bookings:

CANINE CAPITAL requires booking in advance for all daycare attending dogs. Booking for daycare should be made via email or the ‘Daycare Booking Form’ on CANINE CAPITALs’ website when possible. If you do not have a recurring booking set-up for your dog, you must make a booking for them by 4pm on the previous working day. This is to ensure that there is a spot for your dog to attend daycare the next day. CANINE CAPITAL reserves the right to turn your dog away if you do not have a booking.

Cancellations:

If your dog cannot attend CANINE CAPITAL dog daycare for their scheduled booking please let us know via phone on 027-546-5377 or email at caninecapitalnz@gmail.com by 4 pm the day prior to your scheduled booking with us. If you need to cancel a Monday appointment over the weekend please email us as soon as possible as we do not return back to the office till 7:30 am Monday morning.

If your dog does not attend daycare for 3 (three) or more bookings in a row without notice, CANINE CAPITAL reserves the right to cancel your booking/s without notice and decline future booking inquires. Also any “no shows” will result in you having a day taken from your daycare concession pass and payments must be made before your dog can attend again.

CANINE CAPITAL also reserves the right to hold your card information and charge your account for your dog's missed booking if you do not contact and cancel/reschedule your booking, and where we are unable to fill your booking vacancy.

5 and 10 Trip Concession Cards:

When purchasing a 5 or 10 trip concession card for both half and full days please be aware that they are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase and will expire on the 91st day. All unused concessions will be void. CANINE CAPITAL will still honor concession cards in the unlikely event that we have had to close due to unforeseen circumstances eg. covid level changes, natural disasters. All bookings will be rescheduled.
